People are searching for an Ethan Enos obituary after news reports of a fatal motorcycle crash in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. This page covers what reliable news reports have confirmed, what has not been released, and where a family obituary is likely to appear. Our condolences go to his family and friends.
Latest Update: September 30, 2026
As of September 30, 2026, the main confirmed report comes from WPXI. On September 29, 2026, the station reported that a 20-year-old man died after a motorcycle crash in Unity Township on Monday afternoon, September 28. WPXI said the Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the motorcyclist as Ethan Enos and that he died at a hospital.
WPXI said the crash happened at about 12:42 p.m. in the 3700 block of Route 30, near the Salvation Army. Its crews saw a motorcycle in the roadway and a silver SUV with front-end damage and deployed airbags pulled over nearby. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating, and WPXI said details about the crash had not yet been released.
The Latrobe Bulletin also reported a crash on Route 30 outside the Salvation Army thrift store, in which a motorcyclist was flown to UPMC Presbyterian after colliding with an SUV. Its report, as I found it, did not name the rider. It appears to describe the same crash, but the two reports do not say so.
The cause of the crash and who was at fault have not been publicly released. This page does not speculate about either.
What Is Not Yet Verified
I found no funeral-home or newspaper obituary for Ethan Enos as of September 30, 2026. That means his hometown, birth date, school, family members and service details are not confirmed in any source I could check. Some low-quality websites have already posted “obituary” pages that copy the news headline. Those pages should not be treated as family announcements.
Where a Family Obituary Is Likely to Appear
The Latrobe Bulletin says it accepts obituaries only when a funeral home or cremation society submits them. Families in the Latrobe area usually publish on the funeral home’s website or on Legacy.com. Searching the funeral home’s name together with “Enos” is the most reliable way to find the official notice once it is posted.
